Dr. Ranaivoson serves as a Health Consultant for the Division for Global Mission of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America in Kenya.  He works with the Lutheran Churches in Africa in the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS, an epidemic that is devastating that continent.

Dr. Ranaivoson, his wife and five children live in Nairobi, Kenya.

Judy is a nurse working with the Evergreen Medical Team and Well Baby Program in the villages of China.  She is responsible for training and supervising village health workers who make home visits to newborn babies and for coordinating community health care education.

She works in the Shanxi Province, southwest of Beijing, one of the poorest, most conservative provinces in China.
