Occasionally a vendor of some sort will call the church office and ask to speak to the owner.  How exactly do you respond to that when you are a church?  Just pray!  In the same sort of way, it could be said that the leadership of any congregation is obviously Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit. And yet, through that Spirit, gifts are given, and people are called to follow and serve in particular ways - some as leaders.  Leaders come in all shapes and sizes.  They serve in official and unofficial capacities.  In our congregation, they are too many to name.

In our congregation, management of the mission of the congregation is led by the Senior Ministry Team and other staff.  The governance, visioning, planning, and mentoring of the congregation as disciples is led by the Congregation Council.

All leadership is guided by our mission, vision, values and beliefs and the constitution, bylaws, policies and procedures adopted by the congregation.
